Traditional Bulk Palletizer, R1706AP

BW Integrated Systems’ Row Push Palletizer is a solution we created for a beverage co-packer, known for producing flavored waters and seltzers. They had a need for a system capable of palletizing 5 different PET bottle types, from 540 up to 660 bottles per minute. The system has a highly flexible changeover package that allows it to handle a wide variety of customer specified container sizes. The R1706AP Automatic Empty Container Palletizer includes an empty pallet magazine for staging up to 12 empty pallets - depending on size; an Autoserter for automatically placing layer pads on each palletized layer; a Top Frame Handler for handling and placing top frames on each palletized load (prior to discharge); hand-crank adjustment for multiple bottle sizes.
